We offer a 60 days money back guarantee on all our digital and printed products. No strings attached, no questions asked. Please contact us via david@theroundmethod.com.

As every return comes with costs for us please be responsible and only return items if it is absolutely necessary. In the unlikely event that you received a defective or wrong item, please let us know immediately and we will send you a new item.

 

Returns of physical products

To return your product, you should mail your product to: David Schellander, Neutorgasse 6, 4020 Linz, Österreich
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After we have received the item we will start processing the refund.

Returns of digital products

Please just be honest and delete all copies of the digital items you have recieved. 
After you have informed us that you have deleted all digital copies of the item we will start processing the refund.

 

Handling time

After we have started processing your refund it will take 7-10 business days to process the refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
